On the exotic cipher description itself, it clearly states “You can only hold 1 of this item at a time.”

You sir cannot read and I'm the dyslexic one. I'm i did say dyslexic so my main complaint would be it is not as visible as it could have been maybe red writing. Like other information such as when trying to level up gear that is too old it gives a warning
