I have two characters on the go: a Warlock, where everything is fine, and a Hunter where I cannot get three of the Tier II quests, specifically the Empire Hunt. These are unlocked on my Warlock. I've completed the campaign, picked up all the armour, finished all the Stasis parts. Yesterday three of the quests were showing as locked, today, three of the Tier II quests are missing, just not there. I see 7 in Tier I, 4 in Tier II and 7 in Tier III (with four still locked). What to do?
