The hotfix was only 450 ish mbs. I downloaded it in a few mins on Xbox.
If you're on PlayStation it's the weird way Sony deals with downloads and installation that's the problem & why you need so much space.
The updates are needed especially for a live game and will continue to come throughout its lifespan.

I deleted the game and now I'm downloading again, it will take a day and a half or something like that, but hopefully it's just a bug and will install properly. Sorry for the ranting.
