Legendary Sparrows have 0 purpose
What's the actual point of Legendary Sparrows anymore? They are worthless when you obtain any exotic Sparrow and half of them look better than these crappy chunky ones which are just popping up now.
I honestly hope all the Legendary Sparrows get a buff in speed at 160 so it feels like their drops feel like keeping unlike how I practically dismantle them since they've no usage due to the exotics being better in speed.

3 RepliesI do not see the reason to continue buying sparrows either. They are different visually but perform similarly. There's not much difference between them when it comes to abilities. Can a sparrow cloak the owner? Can it detect it's enemies or enhances your guardian powers? No? These sparrows and ghosts are just for show. Ooh! A pretty ornament. Next! All I see is an empty shell in D2, no real incentive to go after. No meaningful reason to purchase that ship or ghost. What are their abilities for a mission at hand and why should I purchase that ship and ghost? Otherwise, it is only taking up space in my vault. And vault space needs to be extended immensely. If Eververse continues to sell us useless pretty ornaments that we do not need but a lot of us will still buy, the vault space must be extended.

1 ReplySpeaking of sparrows, and slightly off topic. Anybody notice the sparrow “ The Necrobeast”. When I ride that , and the way the sparrow’s nose is tilted. And because it is 3rd person when we ride a sparrow, looking from the back. It is like having a big dick. I’m like “make way, the big dick is here”.

they have one. making it so you struggle at getting the actual good loots. tahts also why they designed sparrow horns in d1.....and for some reasons some people want them back knowing its going to be liek that too...what a band of s14 pigeons.

1 ReplyI think that is why they make many more exotic ones now though instead of legendary. You check your sparrow list and past few seasons have a lot more exotic ones. Which is fine by me like you said the legendary ones tend to not be very good.

They are great for the collection but to be honest all sparrows don't really look nice

5 RepliesAll sparrows that don't have the quick summon function and aren't 160s are useless to me. The only exception is the Micro mini sparrow, cause that one is just funny.

actually q bunch of them are the same speed they just odn't look as nice there's no pruposei n the distinction between exotic and legendary

2 RepliesThere are some legendary ones that look nice, be t it's very rare. It's the same for legendary ships, most are worthless. I have burnout though, so I never use sparrows that I get in engram's

The only really good one came from the Solstice events. The Year 1 version has some good designs on it and the year 2 version has the perks like the SotP raid sparrow

I use all legendary sparrows from raids or dreaming city etc because they're a lot more rare and I like the look of a lot of them better. The exotic sparrows, except for the one from Scourge of the Past, don't offer anything legendary's don't. So it's really about the cosmetic.

Looks are subjective- but for the sake of argument: all sparrows exotic, legendary or common are trash unless it has instant summons

Eeehm. Every legendary has 160 speed for me. Cheched every single season.

It could include horns, skins, modifications to speed and agility/ability, and even weapons. I could go for some guided missiles or a 30 mm Gatling like on the front of an A-10 Warthog.

Sparrows basically cosmetic rubbish with no real purpose for me Some look ok but I don’t think there worth chasing or worrying about
