doubt all you want. we are firmly middle class.
My dad grew up in a mill town (the mills closed down)
my mom grew up as the daughter of an airforce employee (government, am I right?)
dad worked for the army, mom worked for the school system. I go to a community college because I apparently am smart enough to get a 90% scholarship.
I work full time at a fast food restaurant to support myself.
so, we are not poor, but we are not rich.
Nil,
this is the end.
I'm sorry about the stuff you've been going through in the last few months. I am not your enemy, I want to be your friend, but enough is enough.
good bye,
good luck,
HoTh
There's 2 ways to think about rich.
Monetary type rich.
Or.... more metaphorically. How humanity is kind of a struggle; our experiences have value. Like I'm generally broke as -blam!-. But I've been able to do and see some things others might not have a chance to.
To that effect, we may actually be more 'rich' than the monied -blam!-ers.
