4 RepliesBased on pre-existing lore as well as IMDb pages, it could potentially introduce vendor versions of Praydeth, Mia Sundaresh (or any of the researchers) or Saint-14. We know it's gonna be vex related given the promo art being a vex gate, and some footage from the vidoc about a sundial in the infinite forest. Basic idea for story is "Fix the Timeline". This instantly sets off flags regarding the Perfect Paradox quest and Saint-14 [b]BUT[/b] in the Final assault gamemode we rip the undying mind out of alternate timelines. So, it could be related to that in some way. We're ultimately gonna see something related to this whole ripping stuff out of timelines thing, and it's gonna bring us something new. But my money is on Saint-14 finally returning (even if only for a little while) and we spend the season trying to get him returned to his timeline.

3 RepliesWe're going to rip the Undying Mind out of so many alternate timelines that a glitch in the portal happens and we bring out Saint-14 from our timeline instead (perhaps with the Mind meant to drain Light as well); this sets up the whole paradox idea behind the Perfect Paradox. S-14 comes back to the tower for a bit to catch up on what has happened since his absence, we pull off some shenanigans with the Vex (maybe finally seeing these new combat units that I still think will be just battle droids), and we find a way to send him back. We might potentially see/hear of the Stranger/Elsie again if Bungie hasn't forgotten her, or hopefully something done with Asher since Bungie didn't use him at all for Season of the Undying (seriously, even just a few lines of him insulting Ikora for building a vex gate in the Tower should've been added if anything). Most importantly though, we need to know what is under Shaxx's helmet.

It’ll be more shooting stuff and stuff shooting at us. And we get stuff from doing stuff. I mean does it even matter anymore? I’m in a bad place, Destiny-wise. Or Destiny is in a bad place me-wise. Either one.

3 RepliesAlright guys, here’s the plan for next season: Step 1: shoot some stuff Step 2: get some loot Step 3: grind that loot until I get a god roll of said loot Step 4: take the loot into the crucible Step 5: get my ass kicked Step 6: get frustrated and start paying attention to what’s happening Step 7: get confused with what’s happening Step 8: go to the lore forums and act like I know what’s happening It’s 100% foolproof and will most definitely happen next season.

A rehash of the infinite forest for what feels like the hundredth time. Im really hoping for a significant amount of content. The artifact and seasonal rank system is cool and all, but without new pinnacle weapons or powerful new exotics, who cares. They're trying to balance stuff, but it's back to the point where all weapons feel the same and all are incredibly mediocre. Truthfully, the entire game feels worn out and mediocre. I'm pretty sad about it really. Forsaken had so much good content and power fantasy. Dattokeep has nothing.

I think that portal on the side of the lighthouse that's off is gonna be used for something. Bungie has a habit of leaving backdoors for potential future content. Cosmodrome Rasputin vault doors are perfect examples.

We're gonna "fix the timeline" according to a vidoc Now theory time: I think Saint-14 will be pulled from another timeline OR our timeline and we have to work with him and maybe Osiris to fix all this
