I had heard that the bug was fixed on Tuesday and put all 3 of my forge keys into the box.... wish I had paid more attention to the status of this bug.

@ColonelPanic same here, thought it was fixed, inserted my black armory and butterfly keys, lost them both. Can't just re-obtain the quest since it won't accept any keys anyway. Hope they'll fix this asap, really want the Izanagi. In the future, whenever a quest is as bugged as this is, I hope they'll just disable the quest in a similar way they locked Telesto. As in, lock the item so no one can accidentally enter, and thus lose, their keys.

It's not your fault. You shouldn't have to check forum, twitter etc if a quest is functioning or not. Like just having a notice on the title screen in-game wouldn't hurt nobody right....
