Still no fix. Hey Bungie, can you guys give everyone with this quest a key mold? It can't be that hard to write up a script that would do this. Or maybe disable the weapon like you did with Telesto?

Please read the threads you are posting in. The fix is in tomorrow’s patch. This has been stated in pretty much every thread regarding this, literally 2 posts before yours (at time of writing) is one from Bungie stating this.
