  • I guess I’ll ask if you made sure the firewalls are open for the game and steam on your pc since the game isn’t thru battlenet and it’s technically a new installation

  • I got an answer from Steam support and sadly they told me to contact Bungi support about system problems so, yea - RIP. Bungie support is the worst kind of support on the internet. I think its time for me to consider to uninstall this game. I didnt buy Shadowkeep anyway.

  • Have you tried to check the integrity of the game files?

  • On battle net there was a feature for game repair but here on Steam? Where is that? Im not sure but I did run some file checking feature when I reinstal Steam and I had to set ''new'' directory path for my game instalation.

  • When you right click on destiny 2 in steam directory you go to properties. In one of the tabs there is a check integrity button you can click that essentially does the scan and repair.

  • I can confirm now that at least few more members of my clan have also that ''Steam servers are down'' message and they also cant use chat or anything. There is more and more people with this issue for sure. Question is, what will Bungie do about it.

My Firewall is turned off for a long time. From my experience that is better solution. Even if I re-enable FW and set port for game im 99% sure that my problem would be still here. EDIT: Yap, now I see game files verify in game library under properties, but I run that when I reinstaled Steam because Steam was unable to find my instal folder of game.
