Izanagi's Burden quest bugged (Black Armory Key mold not obtainable)

The Volundr, Gofannon, and Izanami Forge all rewarded their respective keys upon destroying the Post-1st round drones that appear in each of the Forges.
However, it seems that the Lock and Key quest cannot be completed by the Bergusia Forge's completion with the drones, nor with interaction with Ada-1. She does not give you the quest to obtain the key. I have looked to Reddit and other online sources but they are either out-dated or they are having similar problems. There seems to be virtually no solution to this so far.
Others report that more than one character is unable to obtain the quest or so and so, but that isn't the issue here. It's not that perhaps another one of my characters could have obtained the quest accidentally, it's that *none*, not even my main character which has the Lock and Key quest has any access whatsoever to getting the final key.
Is this a bug, or are my friends and I missing something?
If someone is able to clarify or share their experience on this issue, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

yup. i can't get a key from bergusia (i haven't tried the other forges yet)

yea mine won't work either, and i really want the iznagis burden, is there any known way to fix it yet?

Can't do any forges because I get kicked into Orbit every time. Error code: guitar.

1 ReplyI was able to get the key Mold part of the quest post Shadowkeep. I don’t know if you can get the attunement quests still, since I was sitting on my izanami quest for a while. I was able to get all 3 keys for the box but couldn’t get the key Mold from Ada-1 until I completed The quest to unlock izanami forge ( I had the quest in my inventory just never bothered to finish it). Even though I could play izanami forge through the director. Haven’t finished the Mold yet because I’m waiting for bergusia to come back on to finish that step. Hopefully the rest all goes smoothly still.

I’m having the same issue. I have the three keys, but Ada won’t give me the quest for the key mold. I’m stuck, and I’ve been trying to get the izinagi’s burden quest line done. Will there be some kind of fix?

Exactly the same thing is happening for me. I Stopped playing the game before izanagis came out and then went back once shadowkeep came out. I saw everyone was using this sniper and watched how to do the quest line. But when I went back to ada after opening the 3rd lock she wouldn't give me the key mold. This is a really annoying bug that becomes more infuriating when you realize that the step after that is trying to get an rng bounty to drop from ada. So instead of being able to grind those out we just have to wait until bungie fix it and then we have to also grind for that bounty. Hopefully it doesn't take till the end of the season for them to fix this.

Can't get any keys from any forges, i have the black armory key mold and the mysterious box (with one lock opened because i had one in my inventory pre-SK)

Same here also having issues with izanagi ignition quest but I'm guessing that's no longer an option

Same issue, have all 3 keys except Last key, cant get the mold, have no quests left over from pre shadowkeep.

3 RepliesI was able to fix this, the issue for me was that I was still in the forge unlock questline from previous seasons. As soon as I finished I got the key mold.

Same issue, but I restarted my main before the move and none of my games have it and they can't get it

Having the same issue, scrambling all over the place trying to find something somewhere to make her give me the key mold, no luck so far but I'll let you know if I find anything
