PS4 Cross-Save Forsaken Complete no character boost

I linked my PS4 account with cross save. Bought the Forsaken bundle for 39.99 that included level 30 boost. Deleted my Titan from PS4, then made a new one. When I try to use my character boost, it only says I don’t have 3000 silver to buy a boost. The boost cane with the bundle so why don’t I have it?

Since you already had a level 30 character, maybe you were compensated for the boost that you no longer needed to use?
