Power Surge Items not granted to other Characters (PC)
I completed the 690 Power Surge bounties at the start of SoO, and had received the gear on my Hunter, the character I completed those bounties on. Today I got my Warlock to Lvl50, went to go find my gear, only to find that I was never rewarded it on that character, or my Titan. When I check the Drifter, the bounties are unavailable. Not sure what to do, anyone else have the same issue?

The character also needs to finish the Forsaken storyline to receive the 690 gear
