Bungie acts more like shady politicians then game developers.

Because if they go open we'll see all problems they have with outdated tech, all that duct-tape programming (like Bethesda that still uses modified, but essentially Morrowind's engine, if it be human, it could be viable for military service), and lack of understanding on proper game design?:)
