Any Destiny disc only contains the base game, but to play, you need to be completely up-to-date, which means you have to download every dlc, whether you own it or not. While you may be using the disc to install, there's also a lot to download as well, that's a required part of the installation.

I would connect your console via a wired connection to download all the updates and requisite files for the game. And if you are playing on a slow download, wifi connection; you will eventually see negative problems for doing so in this game, just an FYI.

The base game install offline isn't even going up past 2.0
