Not having PvP means a more expansive PvE with very little limits as balance isnt considered, Anthem has been out less than a week for the console crowd, you forget how bad destiny was at launch.
I'm enjoying Anthem at the moment, nice to have that change of pace
Edit - should say anthem is far from perfect but think people see D1 with rose tinted glasses, it was awful at times.

The change of pace in being slow walking back and forth between dialog or slow in the sense you’ve not reached max level, and then you’ll start crying because the game will then be lack lustred for most. But though I agree anthem is good, it’s good in its own right and isn’t comparable to destiny in any way

Yes there are fewer nerds, but it is better for the long run to try and keep to a power curve then to let things go wild

Could you imagine them nerfing storm into the ground because all the rangers crying ... I’m at grandmaster 1 now I’m loving the game . First time in a long time I e gotten an op weapon and have no fear that it will get nerfed. Don’t believe the stupid hate anthem is fkn awesome and best part REWARDING :)

Tbh I’ve seen in 27 exotics and own 5 currently, they aren’t op unless you build around them. I can only assume your talking about the pistol (can’t remember the name) that grants 200% wep damage when in air? Maybe you have two equipped so there’s a granted 400% Keep to know what weapon you speak of being op as for the most part none are without a full pledge build

I'm enjoying Anthem too. I'm taking my time and made sure to read all the collectables and listen to all the dialogue lol. People forgot is it a brand new game. The world they've built is fantastic and so much potential for content in the future.

Ow yeah I see it's problems and being a big ME fan I don't think that he story is that great but it does a job. Combat and movement seems good just needs more diversity in the world and ability's for me.

Here's one for you. On anthem I've seen 3 updates already . They are actually telling a story in pve that so far makes sense. I'm not super far into anthem . But I sure as hell am having a assload more fun than play D2 again

Yeah I don't think it's as bad as the reviews suggest, they have made updates quickly to fix a tonne of issues already, I've seen 3 patches in less than a week, would take bungie 3 months to do that.

I'm not saying it's the OMFG best game ever. I do know 1. I'm having fun 2. They are fixing things. 3. They communicate with the players. I'm also sick of reading they had plenty of time to learn from bungies mistakes. How long was destiny even in production before the past 5 years? If bungie can't learn from their own shit in 7-8 years. Who can ? It's a new game and it's being played . It's not perfect but i know I'm not playing D2 anymore. Dont care what the next great lie is

D2 was forced. Due to friends and we all pre paid for the shit pile. Sorry bud but I disliked most of D2 except the foresaken was okay. The dawning was where I drew the line. I had at least a couple thousand hours in D1 . And if another studio took over and added on to D1 I'd guarantee be playing D1 again. All we want to do is feel our time is leading towards Loot. Loot you can use . D2 had the worst loot in a rng lottery game. they didn't even really bring back random rolls. They dumbed it done with very few skills per gun. Add curated rolls and they might as well still been using the no random rolls. I don't wanna debate you all day. Gonna play anthem . Apparently I didn't have as much free time as you this week

Hard made it way more fun. Normal had that dumbed down AI feeling I get from lost of destiny . You know where they casually run at your bullets instead of away
