Throwing a gambit Match!
Got in a Gambit match last week. Before we started got a message from a guardian on the opposing team.
He stated that if I invaded and popped my super, then let him kill me he would throw the match.
I messaged him back and let him know that I would do the invade's but for his team not to throw.
Put on arc strider.
FIrst invade his team mate one shot me before I could get to middle and pop super LOL.
Sent him a message to tell his team mate to back off.
First round he got the super kill.
2nd round he got it and we won the round to take it to 3
3rd round he got his dredgen
My point is this. How hard is it for other guardians to do this?
I was in a team of 4 and I told my guys what I would do. They were cool and didnt have a problem with it
Didnt stop us from winning the match. If me giving up my super and invader kills gives us a loss, Then we suck, It was only 1 invade per round with the super
I have had dredgen for a few months just by lucky RNG getting the ship and sparrow.
If all thats holding you back is invaders in super kills and your on xbox and see me in there shoot me a message.
I don't care if we win or lose unless I have someone in my team running a quest that requires wins.
Even then what s 1 loss?

These are easy to get when you are ahead in points. That's how I managed to finish it early. The opposing team tend to panic and use their supers when invading to catch up. Also, I run snipers alot. So I've shot out plenty of chaos reaches and golden guns in my days.

3 RepliesKudos to you man. If you're on PS4 please use a roaming super while invading in gambit. I`m not asking for free kills, I`m asking for a chance at a light vs light kill as right now roaming supers in gambit as as rare as unicorns.

My team 2 guardians = collection high mote 1 guardian = abs wipe 1 guardian = teleport to their team and protect own team

8 RepliesI need 2 more 'kill guardians in their super' for this stupid Gambit step And I've even invited folk into party chat & offered to invade and pop mine/stand still (thus helping them too) But it seems no one wants to dare try/bother invading with super

3 Repliesgambit is actually worse than trials ever had the potential to be, all you have are roaming four stacks with pvp gear on with their sole purpose is to farm your npcs for kills as they're scared to go into crucible and get their ass beat, so they'll run around and troll this little shit game mode, then you have these mother-blam!-ers that will ddos you if you've managed to get the primeval before them regardless if it's the fleshlight or not and to top it all off if you're dumb enough to go into gambit solo... The saying comes to mind "If you weren't already you are now -blam!-ed" as all you're going to get match after -blam!-ing match are npc's that do nothing but die with 15 motes get triggered because of it leave only to be replaced with another npc that will do the same -blam!-ing thing over and over all the while the enemy team is a four stack hiding in the back of the map with a hammerhead laughing their asses off at your stupid ass for playing this shit game mode.

1 ReplyA few months ago I tried throwing a gambit match. Our team got blown out in the first round. So the 2nd round I just wanted it to end. So I purposefully lost 87 motes in a single round, and the enemy team somehow barely managed the win. It was neck and neck.
