So Bungie posted that they will be Buffing And Reworking the Super! Everything we could have asks for guys!

Below are the following changes!
Increasing melee lunge range of all attacks
Reducing the cost of Light melee attacks
Increasing the number of consecutive hits required to speed up attack rate
Decreasing base attack speed to improve hit registration on intended targets
Developer Commentary: This is not intended as a nerf. The goal here is to increase the intentionality of the attack rate increase, so that it is most often happening when players are focusing on a single target
Retuned melee targeting to have greater emphasis on player input (i.e., where your stick input is directed toward or which target your camera is facing).
Developer Commentary: The goal here is to reduce the likelihood of melee targeting picking enemies that you don’t want to hit
Increasing viability of Stealth mechanics
Added a small amount of damage resistance to the Stealth state
Further decrease to super drain when in Stealth state

2 RepliesGreat! Now make the sentinel shield bash so that 3 bashes don't eat up half the super. Or fix the non exisistent tracking on shield throw. In pvp that is. Seems to work just fine in pve. Hell just make it last as long as nova warp. Anything please. #buff sentinel.

2 RepliesI am still worried that this super will underperform because I saw a slight defence boost when invisible . I'm hooing slight is good enough for me to actually have a fighting chance against other roaming supers and not get one shot bevause that is what happens. Takes 2 hits to kill an enemy super but you die in one

Hope it works out for you guys. I'll take a spectral blades over getting solo lured by blade barrage or getting 1 tapped by nova warp any day. The changes seem promising for the super, let's hope that these changes are a true sign of their understanding. I now cross my fingers that other supers that are underwhelming get some boost. Looking at you thundercrash.
