i cant believe that people complain about pc having no recoil. id love to see any console player ago on pc using a mouse and keyboard trying to hit consecutive pulse rifle or hand cannon shots on console recoil and no aim assist. i’ll give you a hint, you’ll make a fool of yourself. pc needs the laser beam recoil for the game to work.

Overwatch, COD, whichever halo you can disable it on (I think it was 4?) just wherever I can, I wish I could disable it in destiny, and I also wish we had higher sensitivity options.

overwatch and cod are games that are reasonable to play without aim assist. overwatch has huge easily to hit targets and call of duty has very fast time to kill so maintaining your shots for a long time isn’t necessary. halo i guess i can understand. but destiny is a game with very fast movement and small hitboxes, it would be extremely hard without aim assist on a controller.

I've been working a keyboard and mouse since the 80's... and click click click away all day long for a living! I game on console to give my index finger a break and give my thumbs something else to do besides slam their face into spacebar! you pc fools should thank whatever god you pray to each night that I've not gone back to pc gaming... I think after playing 2000+ hours destiny i would aim perfectly fine with 0 aim assist on ps4. I cant count how many times i missed a kill in crucible because aim assist locked on a player that runs behind my target.

no you wouldn’t. you would miss every shot. it doesn’t matter how good or experienced you are, thumbsticks are not precise enough to play without aim assist. if you want to know what having no aim assist is like, try shooting at a moving team mate in a strike or crucible match or try shooting at a small object in the world while strafing.

Sticks are not precise enough for no aim assist? On console games there is the option to turn aim assist completely off... so that's some bs your spewing

there are some console games that are playable without aim assist like call of duty and fortnite, but in a game like destiny it isn’t right.
