Resonant stem farming is stupid and broken. I have spent many months trying to get the last two sleeper modes
once again this game turns out to be about how lucky you are or aren't with rng. Bungo you suck and this game is f*ing broken. I have farmed thousands of stupid stems and i am sick of it and the game. It always boils down to not being able to get something that should have dropped forever ago. Get your shit fixed. I am soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo sick of this. Being unatanable is about being controled by broken rng. forsaken exotics, raid loot, override frequencies that keep giving you the same ones you already have and more and more of the same unobtainable shit. This is not hard, This does not make the game good, this does not make the game fun or even doable. I DONT WANT TO HAVE TO SPEND A YEAR FARMING YOUR STUPID UNOBTAINABLE SHIT BUNGO/

They go to https://www.d2checklist.com/home and go to your checklist and you can see what one you need.

I'm with you man. I truly don't understand what would possess them to include a random factor into collectibles that you already have to grind to open. It's insane. It's baked in frustration for players for seemingly no reason or reward. I could MAYBE understand if there was some crazy reward at the end but it's just a -blam!-ing emblem. And the fact that it can stay this broken for five months is astounding.

Yeah, so...you know that pursuing all sleeper nodes gets you nothing, right? Well, you get the number 40 on an emblem you already have, instead of 38 or 39 or whatever. But seriously - if it's stressing you out this much, move on to something else that you get a tangible reward from. BTW - point of note: 'Broken' means it isn't working as intended/designed. That's not the same as not working the way you want it to.

Get some paper (or s spreadsheet) and record every one that you have opened. Once you know you have opened one, delete it and open in an area you have finished all locations.

Started the sleep quest last week. Finished it yesterday. I’m a filthy casual. Maybe the game knows you’re the type that will probably abuse the Sleeper in say, Gambit, so it doesn’t think you deserve it yet🤷♂️

I did my sleeper quest in 2 days, those things are easy to farm. If you want it, farm for it. Towards sleeper, duplicate frequencies count on the quest, if that's what you're complaining about.

1 ReplyI just completed mine, it only took 400 to get the remaining 20 I didn't have. I saw a video online where they said to go to different places and combine them. Thats what I did, I went all over the map, even lost sectors. I was a little stuck on my last node, took about 100 to get it. I would combine max 10 times, and if I didn't get a new one I would go to a different part o the map. I was lucky tho and haven't bothered with these since getting the sleeper (or whatever mission we had ages ago) So I had 1100+ to play with

The nodes actually depend on where you are when you decrypt them...you want to check where to be when decrypting in order to get the ones you want

I stopped at 36 of 40. I can't be bothered running back and forth to the same nodes because of stupid rng mechanics.

Gave it up at 36 out of 40 when i realized i may nevee get them with bungies lottery RNG. I only got so many because i liked the shader.

7 Repliesyou need to finish a certain amount of the nascent quest I had the same problem. there are two nodes on the nascent quest that must be found before you can complete the nodes for sleeper.
