Who needs punctuation anyway?
1) dodge- great for top tier players in pvp but underwhelming for others.
Rifts and barricades have way more uses in pve and promote rift camping and barricade camping with shotguns or other weapons in pvp. The barricade does what the dodge does but for a whole team but over time, which is a setback but still makes dodge feel underwhelming.
In pvp melee dodge has to be used close to a target to even activate, which puts hunters in a risky situation, also considering that they have very low health and no oversheild abilities.
The dodge barely stops aim assist/tracking and u can be shot and punched mid dodge, 50% of the time a shoulder charge can get u even if u dodge away from it from personal experience.
I’d be happy if you could not be punched mid dodge so punch dodge punch combos felt good to use but that’s my opinion.
2) Melee
I’ve seen this as a problem with other classes but a lot of the one when I melee it just stops half way as I move closer to the target player and they get two punches on me before I can get one on them just because the hit registration breaks or something, this only happens sometimes and would be great if it was fixed.
Throwing knifes don’t feel special anymore considering titans have a hammer they can pick up and they get buffs from it, I’m not saying they should one hit or anything they just need to feel more potent.
New arcstryder uppercut should one hit considering the effort u have to put in compared to shoulder charge.
3)supers
GG 6shots -considering a hammer Titan can probably throw more than six hammers which all one hit, this gg should atleast one hit other supers
Blade barrage- does not need a nerf like poor Titan mains and warlock mains keep crying about, finally each class has a panic super, and tbh blade barrage if u can anticipate it u can jump in the air easily and dodge it
Tether- the generous aim assist was removed so it should still one hit regardless , this would make it more used in pvp it would just take more skill to use than in d1.
Spectral blades- hit registration and lock on is horrible in pve and pvp , try using it u fly past the enemy and u are on the other side of the map.
The invis is useful pve and in pvp but it’s still really easy to spot on pvp and kill.
New arcstryder -uses too much super energy
4) exotics - personal opinion many are useless , many are nothing in comparison to other classes, and with the way the hunters are underpowered in general , there are some exotics the hunters really have to depend on to get anywhere near to other classes level.
Wormhusk crown- I personally agreed with the nerf it had to an extent, I feel like it was nerfed due to popularity and not it’s actual ability however. Hunters have relatively no health and no shields like the other classes so this became an exotic that was easy to depend on because of that , and this also paired really well with the dodge and gave it a good use. I think it was nerfed way too much but it did need a nerf. Plus it’s a real kick in the face that this was nerfed yet straight after titans get an exotic that completely heals them and gives them an oversheild just for getting one kill.
Graviton forfeit- a few seconds extra invis, we used to have this as a perk!!! Now we have to use an exotic to make invis worthwhile , it needs some adjustment as it isn’t used that much.
Aeon swift(all classes) - just isn’t used enough to give the effect.
Raiden flux- arcstryder basically has to depend on this to make the super last a decent amount of time , considering it’s a close range super its kinda pathetic.
Gemini jesters- I really love these they are great , but obviously depends on the close range dodging which kinda sucks, they just need something more to them to give them an edge and increase usage.
Frost-EE5 speeding up sprint
Hunters are supposed to move the fastest !! That’s what is supposed to be special about them! But they arnt anymore, all classes move at the same speed now, even with this exotic and max mobility there is no noticeable difference
If hunters had atleast a 15% maybe? Speed boost over other classes then I’d consider hunters to have something special and independent other other classes.
Trick-sleeves- they arnt really good and for them to have a okish effect u need to be wounded
I’d say all Titan exotics are better than this alone.
In comparison titans and warlocks have such useful exotics that make them op, that give them more one shot kill abilities than the ones they already have while hunters have zero one shot kill abilities overall.
5) jump- now titans and warlocks glitch into places they shouldn’t which is bad but there’s been times in real situations in game where a hunter jump only just makes it to a spot in a parkour puzzle or something lol.
6- grenades, I don’t even need to talk about this , they are so bad it just doesn’t make sense.
Overall I’m not saying give us a oversheild ability that we do deserve, I’m not saying buff us so much that we are better than others, I’m just saying hunters need something to let them feel good while other classes run around like op tanks in the game.

I’d love too hear people’s opinions about what they think about the class, just pls constructive with your criticism, this was all my opinion that I’ve talked to with a few people about and I think something just needs to happen.
