Level Advantage - Iron Banner
Well thanks bungie for making it do that I cannot compete in Iron Banner!
Just because I don't have the DLC it basically means I cannot compete in the new Iron Banner due to level advantages. It took me 1 shotgun shot and 3 melee's to kill one person as I was that much lower light.

UPDATE:
Overwhelming consensus is that I have no right to complain if I haven't purchased the DLC. Point taken.

I didn't buy forsaken and I am playing anyway. It makes it tough and my team will be a t a disadvantage. Oh well

5 RepliesExclusivity. This game is good for that. Think about this for a second: even if you bought the expansion, and you're on XBOX, there's content that you paid for that you don't get to play. PS4 players do though. Exclusivity. Noun. Restriction to a particular person, group or area. If you feel like you are being -blam!-, it's because you are. As a fan of this game.

2 RepliesI have Forsaken (though someone gave it to me), but I'd agree they should've split the playlists if they were going to leave Iron Banner available outside the DLC at all. Certainly they're shooting their attempt at marketing with the base game being on PSPlus in the foot, since however many thousand players they pulled in with it being free are now getting obliterated for going into an advertised event with little or no idea why.

1 ReplyIt is a cheap move by bungie, they got slated before for locking people out of IB and other activities who haven’t got the dlc. They’ve just found a way to make it hard for people who don’t have the dlc without locking them out of it.

2 RepliesI was wondering why they raised the light level to 600. Going from 385 to 600 max is a huge jump compared to our normal 15 light levels per expansion. You are now 150-250 light levels below everyone else. Lol better use a full auto shotgun.
