Like most mobile game tie-ins, I'm 99.99% sure that this Keyblade will be one of the weaker ones. It will be mostly for show and outclassed by the in-game Keyblades rather quickly.
KH 1 and 2 tossed out new Keyblades like early morning newspapers. You would find one Keyblade only to find an even stronger one a few minutes later.

[spoiler]Was really sad when Axel’s Keyblade (Bond of Flame, I believe?) was outclassed so quickly. Wanted to use it out of remembrance. :([/spoiler]
