• seriously. we could track 4 at a time in D1. I have no idea why we can't do it now.

  •
Can we please be able to tack more than....
It seems like every time something is added two or more things are taken away or worse just broken from what use to work fine in the past. This was a feature before and would be nice to have again....especially now that we have so many friggin bounties to track. UI changes are a bummer.

Why do we even have 3 planetary bounties (of which we can track 1) ? When they were totally fine as planetary challenges (progress accessed through whipping out a ghost) This 'single track' system is poor! We could track 3+ in D1 (with the D-Pad)

    • Think we could track a total of 4 in D1, I was a little surprised that we're limited to 1 this time around. There must be a reason though i've no idea what that would be for the limitation.

      • In D1 couldn’t we track 3 or more. When I saw the new tracking I was so excited and started clicking all the things I wanted to track... only to be really let down. Going in and out of the UI menus is such a drag.

      • We used to be able to in Destiny 1 so god know's why we can't in Destiny 2, hopefully it will be something they can change in the very near future!

      • You could track 4 bounties/ quest’s in D1. If they could fix this before black armory that would be nice.
i have a feeling they will save it for that update
• I was a tad surprised that with so many bounties and quests you can only track one at a time

      •
Like c'mon...
THIS TIMES 100!!!!! You can now add dozens of bounties to your screen...but only track one. 😵

      • What the hell does tracking even do ? I still have to go into a slow ass menu to find the details. Only game ever you can't add what you want to the HUD 4 years later.

I like how the ghost functioned originally in D1, where you could track up to five or so things and they showed up in the bottom right of your screen and you could scroll through activities and active bounties/quests. Bungie needs to learn that simple "streamlining" is not always best.

ESPECIALLY when in D1 you could track four at once. Simple quality of life.

          • I couldn't agree more. The amount of wasted time we spend looking in our menus, flying from vendor to vendor to pick up more bounties , flying around the galaxy, and waiting for loading screens is astonishing. Imagine how much more we could actually be playing the game instead of doing all of that.

            • It would be nice too if it actually tracked progress on the screen as it happened. I still have to go to my inventory to check. Garbage.

              • Back in D1 weren't we able to track like 3? I swear it was around that number.

                • In D1, they eventually had this and could track 4 bounties at once. So they have done it before, so why not do it again.

                  • Maybe via some method where it's statically tracked on the side of the screen in some area where we aren't actively looking for threats all the time, possibly in some overworld map location or some type? That would be pretty sweet to have ALL THE INFORMATION WE NEED THERE.

                  • Yeah. Seriously Bungie, WTF. We were able to track 4 in Destiny 1, why the step backwards?

                    • Just looking at the UI you can tell you can fit 3 easily. I think it's important because sometimes you are on an event specifically to do a bounty, and a lot of them have synergy between them. With all the chaos going on it's also easy to miss the notification that you completed the bounty.

Nothing bugs me more than seeing things that were available in D1 not be available in D2.
