A teacher that thinks it's okay to be self centered and entitled enough to brag on a forum they took 2 days off to play a video game ?
Great example to the kids that quit Everytime their feelings get hurt. The slow and all to real pussification of another generation of kids that can't be told No without them losing their shit.
The fact we have a pile of turds defending this ass clown is even more evidence that we need to start beating the common sense back into people .

But they are still HIS days to use, for all you know he drags himself to work even when he's sick but he took this one time to have a little fun, stop shaming people for enjoying life, your health should always come before anything else.

It’s even a breach of the law in many countries to take a sick day when not sick... that’s what get most people to react. Edit: and how did I shame him?

I don’t ignore it’s at his own risk. I say it’s not wise to take said risk given how open and public he’s been on his gaming habit. Posting anonymous about it, i wouldn’t care, just hope my kids teachers aren’t like that. Given how is anonimoty isn’t one though... I believe he made a mistake. Can only hope it won’t backfire on him. But hey... if you can’t see that...

What would you rather have? A teacher that has no energy, doesn't give a -blam!- about your kids because they got burned out, and just throws your kids a textbook and tells em to figure it out. Or would you rather them have a teacher that takes care of themselves, full of energy and comes up with fun activities to help them learn? Again a happy mind is VERY important especially when you have a stressful job.

What would you rather have: someone who lies so he gets to do stuff for himself and brags about how efficient lying was or someone who says ‘sorry, too tired, need a break’ so he can teach better?
