We used to be able to log into the same instance in about 15 minutes because we lived close to each other but that stopped after the last update. Now the only we can do 9 man EP is for someone with 2 xboxs in the same house. They can same instance in about 5 min twice while making other friends fireteam leaders. Terrible implementation IMO
