That is an amazing weapon and your description is spot on. I love using it in PvE but can't quite seem to get many kills in PvP with the thing. Doesn't seem like the elemental effect has any effect.

It looks and works great in PvE but unfortunately that doesn’t translate to PvP performance. I’ve tried it in PvP at various times but it can’t compete with Better Devils, which is sad since it is an exotic.

I feel like the main issue in PvP is the recoil pattern. It’s sights seem to move up and right really badly and I wish it were more competitive.

It needs a bigger ammo mag for PvP, and/or faster reload Even if you land 3 head shots, that only allows for 2 targets (6bullets) out of the 8 capacity....reload takes forever!
