Oh and they are being dishonest in that they are avoiding putting gambling on the box.
I, and plenty of others, don't care how it is legally defined. That can be changed. Making a slot machine pay out some pennies doesn't make it any less gambling to people.

if it can be changed, change it. until it is changed, legally speaking, it is not gambling.

Were it so easy. Again not arguing what it is legally defined as. I'd be a fool to try it's pretty clear no matter how much I or others disagree. In terms of what I think however, hell yeah it is.

Oh, I for sure can see the argument in favor of it being called gambling, but so many on the forums are trying to use an unofficial point of view as a reason for everything from refund to legal actions so I try to be clear the difference.
