IB Reward is an emblem! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!
I was completely fooled by this so called "seasonal reward". You'd think that something which requires days of grinding to achieve would net us something good. Maybe an exotic engram...or a powerful gear reward of some sort?
Nope...you basically get crap low level duplicates and a crap emblem for all the time you've wasted. It is the biggest letdown for the time you've wasted grinding in IB. I am absolutely floored that I wasted so much time in iron banner for practically nothing!

The ranking system where you could buy a piece of armor or weapon is much better. Hell keep the token system,but make it so you have to have so many tokens to buy the gear. This iron banner was the nail in the coffin for me with destiny. They need to make some serious changes.

Agreed. I got Meh rewards. I would be happy if it was a guaranteed 300 item (or better yet 305). But it wasn’t.

2 RepliesThe Age of Triumph was the reward that really pulled the wool over my eyes. I was so excited to get the t-shirt.... and then you found out you still had to buy it... at normal price lol. I was flabbergasted.

I've opened 8 packages and gotten nearly all the iron banner weapons. The only armor I've gotten is the cloak. But really why would you want something like an exotic entrance? They drop pretty often and only give duplicates when decrypted anyway. Give us a ship or sparrow.

after reaching level 10 with iron banner i got, - 2 x the class item - 1x the chest piece - 3x the pulse rifle - 2x the handcannon - 1x the SMG - 1x the Sidearm i am done with iron banner all guns are reskins of exiting weapons, nothing new, no special perks those last D1 iron banner weapons were good.. even for PvE the scout and the pulse were awesome.. but this time the weapons fall short behind exiting ones and will never be used by me since i have better options.. its a bit very sad that the "season reward" did not include a powerfull engram at least.. and is just a somehow ugly emblem.. hmm.. there, its gone the incentive to play IB.. and i just urgend myself to do the nightfall (have matchmaking already, bungie.. its not that hard to play.. really.. even with those dumb time restrictions.. -.-) and i got nothing of value for me.. just a shotgun (and i haven seen anyone using shotguns for a while now.. ) in crucible most of the guys use swords or fusion rifles or more often , just ignore heavy ammo or just pick it up to prevent the opposing team to have some..

I just do the bounties on each toon and get around 8 packages. I didn't do it Tuesday or Wednesday because I am really in a rut for d2. I mean I have only done it for one day for a few hours and already have 8 packages.

I felt the same when I got it, but then I got to thinking. Probably as you continue to get the seasonal rewards in multiple seasons of iron banner you’ll eventually get some ultimate end reward. So I’m fine with it. Destiny 2 > Destiny 🤪😘

I've had decent drops from 6 engrams, I think about 3 weapons and two pieces of armour! 😂😂 lucky me

I got 6 or 7 scout rifles in 20 packages, 3 hand cannons sometimes no banner gear at all. I managed to get all the armour around 19 packages or so. I'm not sure whether I'll do any of my other classes this time round or not yet.

2 RepliesFor the life of me i cant figure out this community and their obssesion with emblems. I remember people complaining because emblems from D1 wont transfer to D2. Who cares about emblems. They mean nothing to gameplay mechanics or improvement of end game.

Im not gonna waste my time in IB cause: ●Going in solo suck a55 ●every team im with sucks ●Everyone is a titan ●every package from saladman hasnt even been iron banner related. Just duplicate gunsmith weapons and armour.

Out of all this, which all of them were from IRON BANNER packages, only the helmet and the robes were iron banner gear. The arms and the boots, which I will remind you, were from IRON BANNER ENGRAMS, were not Iron Banner loot. Wasn't even 300 light. Wtf is this sh[b]i[/b]t Bungie???
