Don't waste your time pretty much sums up IB in general. It's all low level shit that can't be even infused to gain a single level.

I still enjoy playing Crucible more in D2 than in D1, however, the loot system is still broken. Not only in Iron Banner, but all Crucible modes. You receive so much more loot playing PVE activities than you do playing Crucible. If all you want to do is run Crucible, you'll get rewarded WAY less than just running public events or strikes for the same amount of time. Now, again, I do enjoy playing Crucible for the most part, but the loot system can be vastly improved. The system is similar to D1, where there are so many other activities you could play that would net you better rewards. Just having the Call to Arms is not enough, there should be more frequent legendary and exotic drops. I'd like to have fun AND feel like I am getting rewarded well for my time, which simply isn't the case with Crucible right now. You can run Call to Arms for a powerful reward, and then hope for an extremely rare exotic, but otherwise, you get the same crap items. Even tokens are difficult to come by in Crucible, so you're not ranking up with Shaxx as quickly as you would by just going into a planet and opening chests, playing public events, doing patrols, etc. To end, I'll go back to what was said a lot during the D2 Beta: PVE and PVP should be completely separated. Bungie also needs to stop messing around and give control to their community by adding a true CUSTOM GAME SYSTEM into Crucible. I am not talking about private matches, I'm talking custom games where you can play the way you want and with the settings you want. Want to play rumble? 2v2, 3v3, 6v6? Want to play mayhem or a gametype with no supers? Want to play hand cannons only? Want to only play on one map? We need customs so that we can at least play what we want and make our own fun without having to wait for Bungie to update the game. This is the same company that originally made Halo, which had a tremendous multiplayer experience. Think of Halo 3 that came out TEN years ago. Had so many custom options, but not only that, it had Forge and Theater. I'm not saying we should have a Forge mode and Theater in Destiny (although it would be nice), I'm simply asking for customs. Let us choose the game options like we could back in the good ol' Halo days. I think a custom system could seriously help this game and would put the power back in the hands of the players. Bungie could then focus more effort on PVE content without having to appease the every request of the PVP community. Give us the opportunity to play the way we want and divert the studio's attention to delivering quality PVE content. The player base will handle PVP. Thanks!

I was disappointed with the emblem reward too. I know IB is also about rng...but I've played my titan for 3 days hoping to get armors and all i got is only 1 chest armor... always getting the same weapons. my friends playerd for only 8 hours and were able to complete their set. i feel it's kinda unfair that i've played for so many hours and keep getting the same weapons with same perks and just dismantle them. loot sucks

Iron banner in year three was about growing in light if you weren’t max. Iron banner should drop rewards that will increase your power . This iteration was terrible

I Concur, I just reached the first Milestone in Iron Banner and all I got was a new Emblem!!!! along with two pieces of low power Armor i already had... Efffin Ridiculous... All that time spent for nothing, you think they could reward you with an Exoctic or something. This is How Bungie and Destiny losses players to other and new games that come out. Why stay loyal? They should of stayed with Destiny 1 format for Iron Banner or at least make the reward system like they did for the Faction rally, there actual grinding got you good and more rewards. At this point i dont even feel like playing Iron Banner anymore, why when you can do and grind out Heroic public events and get Exotics. Bungie keep effin up, i tell ya
