This just happened to me about a minute ago. Couldn't find it, so I figured I'd check if this is a known issue. Apparently it is, this needs a hotfix. We can't progress through the quest without it.

It doenst appear ot the postmosterm yoi have to talk to banshee.(gunsmith)

Yeah, but because we didn't actually "receive it" the Banshee doesn't have the next part of the quest for me. I checked that too :/
