  • I know, but what do I do if I try contacting them and they don't respond? I don't know if they are ignoring me deliberately or if they are just swamped with other support tickets. Do you have any advice on what I can do besides sending more emails?

  • Thank you. I have emailed them again. With regards to giving them info, I have no new info to give them. I am solely waiting on them to contact me when they have my shirt, and its been over a month since they last emailed me.
