They gave the free upgrade to Windows users for a limited time.
You'll have to buy a key to download it as of now.

You can 100% download it for free straight from the MS website. You just get a watermark on the desktop and you can't change the background and it tells you that you need to activate.

Naw you can download it for free of of microsofts website. Just search media creation tool. Only downside is it has a watermark
