Ok, so I had the same problem as you. I preordered digitally on Xbox One too. All these people think you still need a code, but you don't if you did it this way. Just search "Destiny 2 Beta" on both Xbox and PSN stores and it should show up for you to download. Hope this helps. Bungie should've made this clearer for those that did it this way on how to preload the beta.

Of course the beta doesn't start until next tuesday the 18th, but they are allowing us to download it early so we can have it ready once it goes live. Have you never taken part in a beta before?

How'd you get a code if you preordered digitally? The beta doesn't go live until next Tuesday for PSN and Wednesday for Xbox. You can still sit in the beta menu screen but can't login cause of servers not being live. Just wait a bit longer!
