People post for challenge runs. Yet, the majority of the people in those post can't hold their own at times.

You'd be surprised what people are capable if you remain positive and clearly explain things to them that prove to be helpful.

When people post challenge runs like. "Must be 395+ and know how to do the challenge." It's kinda implied that you know what you're doing when you send that message to invite you. I do get being patient is the way to go (I'm usually one of the last people to leave a fire team) but, not a lot of people share that thought.

I completely understand. A requirement like that does come with a certain implication, so frustration in situations like that is fair.
