Just tried that and still the same.. I'll try going back to redo it and see if ai have any luck this time around. There's no quest required to obtain the legendary version is there? & Thank you again for all your help.

Strange, but it worked. I talked to the two of them and since then the circle around "cannibalism" for killing thralls has finally started going up after each thrall kill.
