No the raids will still be 390 it's about the challenge being active. so if you do vog 390 no challenge that's fine

Hanini there is no option to select VOG at 390 at the time of me sending this reply

They will only be available once its featured. So next week VOG will be 390 with challenge while crota will be normal 390. The week after that it will be Kings fall 390 with challenge while crota and vog will be normal 390 and so on.
