This makes perfect sense.
I miss the Fusion Rifle power. I remember a time where using a fusion rifle meant you were a scrub ; )

Just wondering if you have been around since the release of Destiny? If so, do you not remember this exotic weapon called the VEX? If you undo all special weapon nerfs (fusion rifles) then those that have it will simply equip the vex and wreck in pvp. It acted like an auto rifle sniper. Have fun and may RNG be forever in your favor.

I have, just never grinded for it. Grinding is a shit aspect, and should be dis-respected, not praised. Gave this game so many shit reviews a while after release
