I haven't talked to banshee in forever. So much so that I only have 1 of the banshee weapons, that being the warlock scout rifle.
[spoiler]Im sure I'm still rank 0-1 on my hunter and Titan for the gunsmith. Oh lord.[/spoiler]

Just do the quick and easy test guns on all characters each week. The rank up requirement for Banshee is actually pretty low compared to the other vendors in my opinion.

The warlock fusion is awesome. So it the hunters sniper and hand cannon.
