I like this theory. Destiny makes so many connections between their lore and various religions. Makes sense idk

Yeah I mean it wouldn't be ridiculous to assume they used the Bible as inspiration for a piece of the story. They use Norse and other mythology too. Also let's not forget Halo: The Ark, The Flood, The Covenant.
