Edit: Bungie we have seven (read them and weep) up votes and trending, this should now point to what needs to be the meta. I hope scripts and notes for todays live stream have been altered to reflect this.

Juggernaut shield should be able to tank 3 golden gun shots, 18 nova bombs, 26 LDR 5001 headshots, and shoulder charge should be able to keep pushing the enemy until you go off the map and allow you to steer the enemies around the map infinitely for 5 minutes. The enemy on your knee will tank damage for you with 1 million hp and you kill anything else you touch during this period.

I'm Banshee 44, and I'm the Tower's Gunsmith. I work here with my old friend Cayde 6 and his ghost, Big Ghoss. Everything in here has a story and a price. One thing I've learned after 44 resets - you never know what gun is gonna get nerfed or buffed. My apologies Guardians, I was requested by the Vanguard to nerf and buff some weapons. I tried to protest but it didn't work. I should of listened to Big Ghoss's warnings.

It is good at what its good at, being a manuverable scout rifle that grants extra agility. Just leave it. I dont want Bungie to eventually nerf it into the ground. Its a balanced weapon right now.
