Fabian is pretty good after the buff. The stability was doubled I believe and range increased with the exotic perk buffed and crowd control as an intrinsic. I used it for a while and enjoyed it.

First curse is easily out gunned by vendor Palindrome. It's just as many shots to kill lower range lower stability lower rof but higher damage. Just not enough to be useful

Higher damage means it'll do a bigger chunk out of a Guardians health. Meaning they can get finished off by a Melee or other source easier. Or able to finish someone off easier if they've been already hit. That's what having a high impact HC can do fir yeah. It's not always about TTK

That's fair but even then one headshot and a melee from palindrome or first curse will finish the job
