Since your question is worded poorly I'll answer both meanings.
1. What would I sue for? (Claims)
-illegal use of my person for profit and
-continued use of said image without due royalty administration as would be lawfully agreed upon
-association of my person with something nonfitting to my beliefs, and/ (or) defaming of my character
-The covering of any and all bills incurred by fighting this illegal action(s) in court.
-A public statement(s) from the company recognizing their wrongdoing and in such, the removal from the company anyone who had to do with skirting the law
2. What would I sue for? (money)
Understanding that advertisements, even poor ones, drag a boatload of money for huge multi billion dollar franchises like chipotle in is key one to this. The second key is to identify an arbitrary number of money can begin to make up this irreparable harm to my character. The third key is to identify potential legal venues and keep a strong bill tally of the counsel you retain.
After you have an idea of these keys, you should set out to take a look at the companies total earnings of the period on which they used the picture and demand heavy percentage of the sales earnings. Make it their job to distinguish the amount of cash earned by your influence, while keeping a strong idea of your own. Maybe hire a couple firms to come up with a super high number to max out earning potential.
In all, I'd sue for 3 billion, which from what I can gather is about 1/3 of their earnings through 2016.
