It's not just that. 343i is more of a Sci fi fantasy rather than a militaristic scifi that bungie had going on. That's why the sounds are so different compared to bungies. Sci fi fantasy you have to go more towards a high pitch sound. That's why if you are a Halo fan you will feel alienated.

How I see it, if 343 made CE with their style, the Oracle would have had 2 sets of eyes and maybe even teeth ;) Both games have the same genre, but portray them differently. That is my belief. Maybe 343 does follow the fantasy harder though. Spartan 4s are really strong for being humans. Then with the weapon variants, so, yeahI see your point. I suppose I do agree to an extent haha.
