It was in the patch note yesterday but... still... after 10 packages I got nothing.... ffs...
All the motes, materials and heavy ammo I used to try to get it is insane...

11 packages here. Few friends of mine have done 30 already since the "fix" and no luck. So I guess that fix didn't work.
