Should bungie increase the drop rates of skeleton keys?
Title says it all, should they increase the drop rates of skeleton keys? Unless theres a way to farm them, then please let me know.
Because right now, there are near impossible to get.

I used to get them just fine. Now that I'm on the last step of the Thorn quest; however, I can't seem to get one.

Atleast by a little bit. I've only received 3 in the amount of hours I've put in since the dlc came out. It would be nice to get one maybe every 10 to 15 strikes I don't think that's to bad.

At the very least a skeleton key should ge awarded for the first strike after the reset instead of a legendary engram.

Have used 3 keys on sepiks perfected, 3 warlock bonds and a cloak, no sniper.

I've gotten 2 in over 30 siva crisis strikes which can be dam ridiculous nightfall level strikes sometimes especially with all the AFK and quitting.

Skeleton keys.......what are skeleton keys? Can my Guardian eat them? Does it unlock the door to the Executive Guardian Strip Lounge? If I stroke a Unicorn's horn, will it shoot rainbows & shit Skeleton Keys?

Considering I had to see my only keys so far go to waste getting the same crap warlock class item TWICE rather than getting Grasp of Malok; hell yes. If the chest is only going to give you a 50/50 chance of dropping desirable gear, then double the rate of keys dropped.

I say yes, UNLESS they make it so strike bosses still have a chance to drop their loot on death and a skeleton key. I haven't seen one boss drop strike specific loot since ROI came out only legendary engrams.

9 RepliesNo. Definitely not. You get strike loot from them and the keys should have the same drop rate as the strike loot did pre roi. Everything in this game as become super easy to get. Increasing the key drop rate isn't a good idea, imo.

I can't believe people actually want what is supposed to be rare loot to be easier to get. Its not like Skeleton Keys have a terribly low drop rate..... This is a few people with bad luck getting salty. You aren't entitled to everything.
