Idk man, supercell is pretty beast for groups of adds in PVE, I think. The Bad Juju has its place in game balance, for generating supers. I think a Zhalo SIVAcell is the next step towards an ultimate raid and strike weapon, not Bad Juju.

Zhalo is relevant just because of the burn. String of curses is probably the best pve perk in game. Kills grant bonus damage, reload gun, charges super fast and it's a full auto pulse. I can literally go through a whole strike not reloading until boss
