I was wrongfully banned for " marketplace theft " because of refunds apparently. But I checked and my account only has 3 refunds and 2 preorder cancellations in the last year. The refunds content licenses were revoked and I even rebought 2 of them later. I read up the preorder faq and it says that you can cancel preorders at any time. I'm pretty sure that the preorder cancels was what got me banned but it even banned my xbox and I don't know where else to turn to since xbox support can't work suspensions.
