You should use reinforced barrel. Extra range helps AA You don't need stability on a sniper. Recoil happens after you take the shot and is easy to recover from.

  • I disagree I have two longbows one with maxed stability and the other with about 65% stability the time it takes to adjust after a shot between the two is pretty big

    Maybe for you.. I used ice breaker and black spindle too much to notice. I can pull of double headshots with my reinforced longbow instantly. Honestly I consider it a blessing that sniper rifle stability is irrelevant to me. I wouldn't use a sniper without rifled/reinforced barrel. The difference it makes to Aim assist and the hitbox is insane.

  • Ice breaker was my year 1 trials sniper, I still use both longbows the one because of hidden hand and the other for the stability but I wouldn't say ones better than the other just different

  • They're both for different play styles I guess. The way I snipe I've never cared for stability. I'd prefer Smallbore over Reinforced but I can't really change them lol.
