Companion App not loading characters
On Android. The app worked fine this morning, then as soon as the Moments of Triumph update hit it would not load my characters any more. A message popped up along the lines of "Destiny ran into an unexpected error when trying to grab data from the database. Please let us know if you see this." Since have tried force stopping the app, clearing the app's data cache, clearing the data altogether, uninstalling and reinstalling, increasing the allowed storage for the app, and still no luck.

I had the same issue on iPad. After I deleted the app and reinstalled it the app now works fine. Not sure if that will fix it on Android but give it a shot if you haven't. Maybe it will work for you too. Good luck.

Same issue here.. app on android seems to be broken. Can access my profile via the website tho..

Glad to know it's not just me. I even tried logging out then back in to see if that fixed things - no luck. Hopefully they fix things soon.

Same here. I just got on and I was signed out. Signed in and it said no characters on this account. Got on to make sure they weren't deleted and they were still there. Maybe something to do with MoT, I just picked up the book today.

Wish they could fix this soon, super annoying since I have to keep flipping between my 3 characters for certain guns. Makes for a lot of loading screens and no fun.
