Yes. M8 me and my friend r having same problem if you got the climb first then it will not drop for u they not fixed it but if you never got the climb then it should now drop

Got 2 out of 3 of the NM ships & have all the Vanguard ships minus the new one. Been ranking up constantly and I have yet to see Comitatus & Fatal Vision drop for me... Shaxx's bounty reward ships might also have the same problem unless they have a mega low drop rate that might as well be unattainable.
